Business purchases

Redomon is a global B2B service intended only for purchases in a business, trade or professional capacity, not personal or household use. Business-use eligibility does not eliminate mandatory consumer rights where the actual transaction qualifies.

Redomon is supplied by Manuel García Nicastro, CUIT 20-50046009-2, La Plata, Argentina. Contact hello@redomon.com for refunds, cancellations or billing errors.

Merchant of record

Polar is the merchant of record for paid Redomon purchases. It processes payments, applicable transaction taxes, purchase invoices and refunds under its buyer terms at https://polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Those terms, the refund offer presented at purchase and mandatory law govern the transaction. We coordinate service-related refund requests with Polar; we cannot waive your statutory rights or promise to override Polar’s legal obligations.

Fourteen-day first-payment refund

For the first paid workspace subscription, Redomon offers a full refund of that initial subscription payment if requested within 14 calendar days after payment. For this offer, the initial payment means the first successful subscription charge for that workspace, including the first successful charge after a free trial. Creating another workspace does not exclude an otherwise eligible first payment; fraudulent or abusive claims may be reviewed consistently with mandatory law. This applies to either a monthly or annual initial subscription and does not require proof of a defect. Separately itemized metered usage actually consumed is outside this voluntary offer, except where law requires a refund or the usage charge was incorrect. No hidden deduction for ordinary subscription use applies to this offer.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hello@redomon.com from the account or billing email with your workspace name, payment date and receipt or transaction reference. Do not send a password or full card number. We may verify your authority and request only information reasonably needed to identify the purchase. A request received within the deadline remains timely even if review finishes later. You may also use Polar’s available buyer-support channels.

Other charges and billing errors

Renewal charges, seat additions, upgrades and consumed metered usage are not automatically refundable under the voluntary first-purchase offer. Contact us promptly about accidental renewals, duplicate charges, incorrect seat billing, unauthorized transactions, non-delivery or a materially defective service. We assess the facts and coordinate correction, refund or another lawful remedy with Polar. This policy does not prevent lawful chargebacks, complaints or mandatory remedies.

Cancellation

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Use the billing portal where available or email us before renewal. A timely cancellation request stops future renewal charges even if our administrative processing takes longer. Unless a refund or termination ends access earlier, paid access continues through the paid period. Canceling does not automatically erase workspace data or eliminate accrued lawful usage charges. We do not impose a separate cancellation penalty.

Refund processing and access

Approved refunds go through Polar to the original payment method unless law or payment-network rules require otherwise. Timing depends on Polar, the payment provider and your bank; we do not guarantee a bank settlement date or exchange rate. A full subscription refund ends the corresponding paid entitlement. Contact us for export before closure; data rights and deletion follow the DPA and privacy notice, not a forfeiture condition on refunds.

Discontinued services

If Redomon discontinues a prepaid paid service without customer breach, or an accepted contractual change entitles you to early termination, we will coordinate a proportional refund of unused prepaid subscription time. Any legally required larger remedy takes priority.

Mandatory rights and changes

Redomon accepts business customers only; this policy is a commercial cancellation and refund policy, not an offer of consumer subscriptions. The voluntary fourteen-day refund is a contractual business benefit, not a representation that consumer cooling-off rules apply. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights that apply notwithstanding business-only eligibility.

Changes to this policy apply prospectively. They do not remove the refund offer or mandatory rights applicable when you purchased. Contact hello@redomon.com if you are unsure which terms apply.
